When the new Nokia 3310 (2017) was introduced at the beginning of the year, in particular with a 2-megapixel camera and a microSD card slot, many were disappointed that the phone would not support the third generation of mobile communications, as in some countries (in Australia, Singapore, USA and South Korea) the process of disconnecting 2G networks has already been launched.
Now, HMD has officially unveiled the updated Nokia 3310 with 3G support. It will also be delivered in new colors (in addition to yellow and red, black and blue will appear) and will be equipped with a new user interface containing more customization options (it will be possible to change the location of the icons and choose a color theme from 6 available). However, compared with the 2G version, the battery life of the device in talk mode was significantly reduced - from 22 hours to 6 and a half.
The new Nokia 3310 will cost 69 euros (about 4, 700 rubles) and will go on sale in mid-October.
