How to quickly defrost meat without a microwave

If there is a microwave, the problem is solved, but be prepared for the fact that the meat will thaw unevenly, and "cook" at the edges: the picture is not the most attractive. In the meantime, it is possible to achieve complete and “accurate” defrosting of meat quite quickly and in a very simple way.

You will need two metal, for example - stainless steel - pots. One is placed upside down, frozen meat is placed on it, another pan is located on top - filled with hot water poured from the tap.
